Beginner Friendly

I refuse to be one of those "GET SH*T DONE" trainers, and instead, I want you to start at a place that feels right and comfortable for you. We're in this for the long haul!

All About The Buzz

Let's stop using exercise as punishment, and instead use it to feel amazing. I'll never talk about "working off food" or "earning food" or "burning calories" - it's not about that.

Lots of Variety

There is something for everyone. I make sure there is a nice variety to keep it enjoyable throughout the week and make sure we're not just beasting your body.

Build Your Fitness Level

Consistency is key, and starting at a level you're comfortable with will keep you consistent and you'll start to see results. This is my favourite part about my job and helping you to FEEL fitter!

No Equipment Needed

No weights? No probs. All of the classes can be done without weight, or if you do want to add weights, you can drop me a message in the group and ask for advice or what to use instead.

Where do the workouts take place?


On the Instagram page @live.workouts.with.hayley




Am I tied into a contract?


No! You can cancel at ANY time. You can cancel directly with your bank or your PayPal (whichever you signed up with), and you can also come back to the members portal to cancel.




Are you able to see me during the workouts?


No. As the workouts take place on Instagram Live, I cannot see you during the workout. If, however, you choose to join live, you're able to ask questions and I'm able to speak to you through the chat box on Instagram.




What if I can't join live?


Not a problem at all! Every single workout is immediately published straight back to the Instagram page for you to do in your own time.




I'm a complete beginner - does that matter?


Not at all. I hold complete beginner classes. You can start here and work your way up depending on fitness levels. We all start somewhere, and I would be honoured if you chose me as your coach to work with on getting started.




Does it matter if I don't have any equipment?


No! But if you don't have weights and you want to add them, you're free to use bottles of water, tins of beans, or whatever house hold item you see fit. I choose to use tins of beans myself at times - you'll be surprised at how much they can burn!
